Mimi Onalaja


                                           

Omowunmi "Mimi" Onalaja graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Covenant University in 2010 and has been on a constant journey to find happiness and fulfillment since then. This  resulted in a career switch after a short stint in Human Resource Consulting to TV Presenting and Hosting, which she currently does and loves.

She also has an Acting Diploma from the New York Film Academy with dreams and big plans to leave her mark in the Entertainment Industry, from Nigeria to the World.

Mimi is currently a member of the Ebonylife TV family, presenting the show VVIP Events where she works the red carpet at major fashion, lifestyle and corporate events in Nigeria. She's also a co-host on Play 2 Win, a seasonal game show; and Destinations Africa, a travel show with an aim to highlight the glory of the Continent. She also penned a weekly personal fashion and lifestyle column on StyleVitae aptly called "For the Life of Mimi." 


In 2017, Vangaurd's Allure magazine tagged her as one of the new crop of TV screen queens to look out for and she also hosted The Future Awards.

Mimi loves a good laugh and values family, friendship and good ol' fun! With a recent appreciation for travel, expect her to see as much of the world as she can and document it too!
